To our Red Bank Eye Family,
First, and most importantly, we hope this newsletter finds you and loved ones healthy. This is a uniquely challenging time and we are all navigating uncharted waters together. In the interests of the safety and well-being of our patients, team and community, Red Bank Eye is temporarily suspending regular operations.
Dr. Curtis will remain available for eye health appointments and eye-related medical emergencies. For example, if you are experiencing any of the following, please call our office: a change in vision, eye injuries, eyelid swelling, flashes of light, floating spots, eye pain, or eye redness. Also contact us if you are due for ongoing medical exams, such as those for glaucoma, macular degeneration, or diabetes, so that we may plan the best course of action.
We will address your needs on a case-by-case basis through office visits or via video conference on our new telehealth platform. We will be answering the phones and checking voicemails throughout this time and we also can be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We know that eye-related concerns will continue to emerge even at a time like this, so do not hesitate to reach out to us with your questions.
We will get through this together as a community and will be back to normal operations as soon as possible.
